Our Sencha Ginger Tea (25g) contains the following ingredients: Japanese Sencha (Green) Tea, Lemongrass, & Ginger Root.
Add 1 teaspoons to one cup simmering water (160-170 °F), and steep for 1-2 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Consult physician first if taking any medication or if pregnant or breastfeeding.
