Our Ashwagandha Oasis tea (28g) contains the following ingredients: Japanese Sencha (Green Tea), Spearmint, Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha Root, Green Rooibos, Lavender, & Chamomile.
Add 1 teaspoon to one cup boiling water, and steep for 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
